It is involved in one or more of the following activities: manufacturing non-precious and precious plated metal cutlery and flatware; manufacturing non-powered hand and edge tools; manufacturing non-powered handsaws; manufacturing saw blades, all types (including those for sawing machines); and manufacturing metal kitchen utensils (except cutting-type) and pots and pans (except those manufactured by casting (e.g., cast iron skillets) or stamped without further fabrication). It was incorporated in September of 1983. The company has a registered office located in Villaturiel, Spain.
